Our common industrial waste gas mainly includes inert gas, combustible gas, toxic gas and combustion supporting gas. Different gases are treated in different ways with waste gas treatment equipment, so how to deal with them respectively? Let's give you a detailed introduction:
Methods of using waste gas treatment equipment to treat different waste gas
1. Inert gas treatment
Although there is no danger of inert gas, a large amount of inert gas gathering will reduce the surrounding oxygen content, thus suffocating people. (1) discharge in a proper place outdoors.
(2) if the cylinder or instrument is in the room, connect the exhaust pipe to lead it to the room for slow discharge.
2. Combustible gas treatment
(1) when discharging the combustible gas in the cylinder, the staff shall stand at the side of the air outlet to operate, so as to prevent the gas from spraying and hurting people. (2) when the combustion method is adopted, a pressure reducing valve shall be installed to control the speed of the combustible gas, and the gas shall be slowly discharged as far as possible, so that it can be fully burnt out in the combustion device.
