DNWX series full-automatic bottle outer wall cleaning machine is a patented product newly developed by Deno Technology and with independent intellectual property rights in mainland China (patent numbers are: ZL 2022208404361/ZL 2022208319848/ZL 2019207012370/ZL 2015 2 0784432.6/ZL 2015106534670). The products are divided into three types: DNWX-300(400/500). The cleaning and drying speed is 300/400/500 bottles/minute based on 10ml vials, the outer surface of each dosage form preparation bottle with a volume of 1-250ml can be cleaned and dried by high-pressure cold air. The product meets the relevant specification requirements of GMP in China, FDA in the United States, EDQM in the European Union, MHRA in the United Kingdom, PMDA in Japan, TGA in Australia, MFDS in South Africa and MCC bottle outer wall cleaning machines in South Africa. It is designed to clean the outer surface of various bottles such as vials, ampoules, cartridge bottles, eye drops (including glass bottles, plastic bottles and row plastic bottles), etc. in the pharmaceutical industry. The preparation bottles are first arranged on the star-shaped driving wheels in an orderly manner through the bottle feeding device, purified water (detergent or surfactant can be added as optional medium) is used to clean the outer surface of the preparation bottles, and then clean compressed air and high-pressure cold air are used to dry and purify the bottles. The star-shaped dial wheel always drives the preparation bottles in an orderly manner through various cleaning and cold air drying stations. The uniquely designed shape spray nozzle avoids being immersed by liquid during cleaning and drying of the formulation bottle. The clean compressed air nozzle can blow off part of the cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle, and the high-pressure clean air can completely blow off the residual cleaning liquid on the outer surface of the bottle. In addition, the vacuum vapor phase drying system in the bottle outlet module can completely and thoroughly dry the bottom of the formulation bottle at the same time. According to the different drug dosage forms and production processes (such as the difference of vial powder injection, water needle and ampoule water needle, oral liquid bottle, and the difference of final sterilization and non-final sterilization of ampoule water needle and oral liquid), it can be used for online cleaning and drying production with the front-end capping machine (wire drawing and filling machine) and connected with the back-end lamp inspection machine, or offline cleaning and drying production can be carried out separately.

 

Performance characteristics

● The preparation bottle can be continuous or intermittent conveying for automatic cleaning and drying of the outer surface.

● The cleaning medium can be selected between injection water, purified water and drinking water, and detergents and surfactants can be added to enhance the cleaning effect, so that the adhesive drugs on the outer surface of the preparation bottle can be completely cleaned.

● Cleaning is divided into rough washing and fine washing. Fine washing water can be reused as rough washing water, thus saving the consumption of cleaning medium and meeting the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction.

● Without heating the drying medium, the outer surface of the preparation bottle is dried at room temperature with medium such as normal temperature and high pressure air, auxiliary compressed air and auxiliary vacuum gas phase, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.

● The surface of 1-250ml preparation bottle can be cleaned and dried. With 10ml vials as the standard, the fastest cleaning speed can reach 500 vials/minute.

● Convenient and quick replacement of specifications for more than 10 minutes, and provide the formula program of each specification.

● The temperature, flow and pressure of each medium involved in the work can be fully automatically adjusted to ensure that each preparation bottle has been cleaned before the next process.

● After cleaning and drying, the preparation bottle lamp has a high inspection rate, the label is tightly labeled and does not fall off, and the label will not turn yellow due to drug pollution adhered to the outer wall of the bottle during the warranty period.
