When the extraction tank has a feeding request, the extraction tank control device sends a feeding signal to the feeding system control device (or on-site manual instruction), and the extraction tank control system first opens the valve of the extraction tank receiving cylinder. After the feeding system control device receives the feeding request signal, the material can be transferred to the belt pulley through the spiral conveyor belt, and then automatically control the rotation of the baffle plate to stop the material. The medicinal materials automatically fall onto the flat belt of the feeding machine through the turning platform or the spiral conveyor belt, and the medicinal materials are piled up in the middle of the flat belt through the material guide plate. When the medicinal material is transported to the rotating baffle plate, it automatically flows into the lower hopper through the baffle plate, and the medicinal material is put into the corresponding extraction tank through the lower hopper and the receiving cylinder. After the medicine in the extraction tank is put in, manually turn off the elevator motor or press the stop button on the touch screen. Turn off the feeding belt motor after lifting the baffle plate. The feeding system completes a work cycle and waits for the next work order.
