Filter cartridge dust removal unit is suitable for dust purification in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and mechanical processing industries. Its structure is composed of air inlet duct, exhaust duct, tank, ash bucket, cleaning device, diversion device, and airflow distribution. The plate, the filter cartridge and the electronic control device are similar to the structure of the air box pulse bag type dust collector. The arrangement of the filter cartridge in the dust collector is very important, and it can be arranged vertically on the panel flower board or obliquely on the flower board. From the perspective of the cleaning effect, the vertical arrangement is reasonable. The lower part of the plate is a filter chamber and the upper part is a gas chamber pulse chamber. A flow distribution plate is installed at the inlet of the precipitator. After the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, a part of the coarse particles in the airflow settles in the ash bucket under the action of the dynamic and inertial forces; the dust particles with fine grain size and small density enter the dust filter chamber. Through the combined effect of bag diffusion and sieve filtration, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the exhaust pipe through the fan. The resistance of the cartridge type dust collector increases as the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter material increases. When the resistance reaches a certain value, it is cleaned. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. First, the chamber poppet valve is closed, the filtered airflow is cut off, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air and the short time are rapidly expanded in the upper tank, and the filter cartridge is poured into the filter cartridge. The expansion deformation generates vibration, and under the action of the reverse air flow flushing, the dust adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the filtered state. The cleaning chambers are sequentially performed, starting from the first chamber cleaning to the next cleaning, starting with a cleaning cycle. The falling dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through the ash valve.
