When the extraction tank has slag discharge requirements, the slag squeezing truck shall be started to run from the initial position to the bottom of the extraction tank that needs slag discharge, and reach the correct position to stop. The extraction tank opens the slag discharge door, and loads the traditional Chinese medicine slag into the slag removal vehicle. After loading, close the slag discharge door, and start the slag squeezing vehicle to run towards the slag discharge door according to the instructions of on-site manual or automatic program control system. After the slag squeezing vehicle reaches the designated position, move the special mobile conveyor under the slag discharge port of the slag squeezing vehicle (the second floor slag is directly located at the slag bin port). Start the power system of the slag squeezing vehicle to squeeze and discharge materials, open the liquid unloading valve, recover the traditional Chinese medicine liquid in the standby tank, discharge the extruded waste slag to the conveyor, and start the conveyor synchronously to transport the waste slag to the transport vehicle (the second floor directly squeezes the slag into the slag bin). After the discharge is completed, close the power device and discharge valve, and remove the conveyor. If there is still an extraction tank to discharge slag, repeat the above steps until there is no slag discharge request for the extraction tank, and the slag squeezing truck runs to the initial position and stops.
